Professor of the Law program of the Universidad del Norte and of the specializations in Public Law and Public Utilities. He also serves as academic coordinator of the specialization in Administrative Law at the same university.

He has experience in constitutional actions and contentious-administrative means of control, advising public utilities companies and in matters related to public and private contracting.

He is also an arbitrator at the Arbitration Center of the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce.

Christian Ramos Pedraza

Lawyer and philosopher graduated from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a specialization in Civil Procedural Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia.

With six years of experience in litigation matters related to national and international economic groups, companies and individuals, his professional practice has focused on the processing of the extraordinary appeal for cassation, obtaining successful results.

He is a professor of the General Theory of Procedure at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Francisco Oquendo Donado

Lawyer graduated from the Law School of the Universidad del Norte, specialist in Commercial Law and Public Law from the same university, with more than ten years of experience in professional practice.

University Professor (undergraduate) of the Universidad del Norte in Competition Law and Consumer Protection. During his career he has successfully worked in different practice areas, with special focus on civil liability and insurance matters, real estate law, private contracting, corporate and partnership law.

He has been an attorney in litigation matters for national and international companies in proceedings before the civil, contentious-administrative and constitutional jurisdictions.

His professional practice specializes in civil and commercial litigation, portfolio management and administration, and insolvency proceedings.

Nicolás Ramírez Báez

Lawyer and professional in Literary Studies from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá. Holds a master in Governance and Law in the Digital Society at the University of Groningen, The Netherlands.

His work experience has combined university teaching on copyright issues and advising in the legal and corporate areas of the private sector in Colombia.

He is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
