Partner and co-founder of the firm Vall de Rutén & Jubiz, advisor and attorney of public and private enterprises, national and international companies, as well as individuals and family groups for more than 20 years.
Lawyer graduated from Universidad Libre. Specialization studies in Contentious Administrative Law and Tax Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia. Additionally, he has studies in International Commercial Arbitration at the American university Washington College of Law.
Undergraduate professor at Universidad del Norte de Barranquilla, where he has been awarded as distinguished professor. Arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce.
